Going from Old and Outdated to New and Open Concept
As you could probably tell from the lack of new material I have been busy. I decided to take a moment because I am very proud of a recent remodel job I was able to complete recently. This great little house had the perfect bones for an update. Though I did modify one wall to scheive a more open concept. Much of the work you see was more cosmetic. As you can see from the before and after photos a lot of work was needed to make this a great little home. We totally revamped the kitchen layout by opening up a wall and installing new appliances, kitchen cabinets, countertops, flooring and lighting. In the living and dining room we removed the old wood paneling, retextured the walls, paint, and new flooring. And last but not least the entire exterior of the home was repainted.
